Application Support Engineer, SQL, HTML5, CSS3
We’re looking for an Application Support Engineer skilled with SQL, HTML5 and CSS3 to support and configure a bespoke, enterprise software application with a rapidly growing Software House!
The Role
This Application Support Engineer position will be very customer-focused, working directly with external software customers to fix their issues and perform customisation and configurations of the bespoke software product. The Applications Support Engineer will be working across the front-end and back-end of the product, so as well as working with SQL you will also get to work with HTML and CSS.
As the Application Support Engineer your tasks will involve bug fixing, small code changes, customising software to fit customer requirements, and integrating with CRMs and existing infrastructure.

What’s Required?
The Application Support Engineer will have a skill set including:
- Previous application support experience within a customer facing role
- SQL experience
- Ideally experience with frontend technologies like HTML5 and CSS3
- Experience configuring software with CRMs
